Booking conditions :

* Deposit debited by the villa on booking: 30% * 2nd deposit 7 days before arrival or by bank transfer or cash on arrival. * The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

Conditions and cancellation fees :

* All requests for changes and cancellations must be sent by email * Cancellation conditions apply with reference to the house’s local time * The booking deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation. * Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to the Villa. * No show 100v % of the total booking amount is due to the Villa.
