Conditions and cancellation fees :

* All requests for changes and cancellations must be sent by email * Cancellation conditions apply with reference to the house’s local time * The booking deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation. * Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to the Villa. * No show 100v % of the total booking amount is due to the Villa.
